Before becoming president of the National FFA Foundation and chief marketing officer of the National FFA Organization, Molly Ball served as vice president for development and college relations at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Ill. At Monmouth, Ball directed all facets of fundraising for the college, including annual strategic planning, corporate and individual giving, board member cultivation and training, alumni relations, advancement services, and marketing and communications.
Previously Ball was senior major gift officer before becoming executive director of development at Kalamazoo College in Michigan. She was also executive director of the Michigan FFA Foundation and regional representative with the Michigan Farm Bureau.
Originally from Vicksburg, Mich., Ball was an FFA member in high school. She interned at the National FFA Organization after college, joined the organization as a communications specialist and became individual giving manager with the foundation.
Ball earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and natural resources communications with an emphasis on agribusiness management and marketing from Michigan State University. She received her certified fundraising manager accreditation from the Indiana University Center of Philanthropy.
